History

Techvedic comprising of 370 active highly skilled and trained computer maintenance agents, home entertainment installers, and appliance repairers is a global task force acknowledged as XpertCrew™ dedicated to solve the world’s technology challenges, and holds operations in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia.

While devoting a part of career at IBM in 2009, Anurag Sharma, a young & dynamic entrepreneur with a knack of IT discipline, reckoned the increasing need of consumer technology support. This inspired and provoked him to come with Techvedic Technologies Pvt. Ltd., which was later renamed as Techvedic Inc. to deliver on-demand, reliable and affordable technical solutions across different technology platforms.

Initially, in Oct. 2009, Techvedic set off its operation locally in the US at Las Vegas Nevada and expanded nationally in 2011 – providing consumers with a unified, fully owned task force to help them manage their growing dependence on technology. In Feb 2010, the company shifted its operation base to New-Delhi, India. In tandem with the overwhelming response in the United States, in October 2011, Techvedic unveiled Techvedic support services in the United Kingdom. However, it was just a beginning of the exploration task, and later in the coming year 2013, it set out to embrace Canada and Australia. The dawn of 2013 also witnessed another transformation marked by the launch of small and medium business IT support, industry programs for retailers and technology companies and cloud-based email and backup offerings. The commencement of Techvedic Online Store – featuring various technology products – software and hardware both was another big achievement.

Techvedic has packed a lot into a relatively young life, and currently holds the credit to serve about 75,000 customers across the United States and the United Kingdom from its New-Delhi, India-based office. In just three years of being in operation, we have witnessed eight-fold growth in our business, which still continues. What caused that? Beyond doubt “Customer satisfaction” is the only driving force, which in turn is nothing but the collective effort of our people, and feedbacks of whom we served.
